I gave myself such a shock lastnight.  Though it's scarcely believable, I had just put the bike things up to dry here earlier in the day, and as it got dark it creepily morphed into a hi-vis terror  whilst my back was turned.  I nearly dropped a plate. 
After I'd come to my senses, checked the cupboards and double-locked the doors, I managed to hold the camera steady enough to take a few pictures.  Working on a computer all day is simply not good for me.
