A hanging garden four floors up.  Industrial lifts can be very photogenic.
In the far-right of the picture a snippet of the underwater themed mural that adorns the liftshaft is just visible.  Here on my floor there is a suggestion that we are nearing the surface - the water is getting paler, we have just passed a mermaid...The basement though is pure black, spotted with ugly, toxic looking fish.
